Aspect, Altrincham (£2.5m) Construction of 30,000sq.ft 3-storey steel framed building, brick clad elevations with extensive curtain walling. Clay tiled roof incorporating enclosed plant room and external condenser area. Building supported off piled foundations. Raised access floors provided throughout. |

BASC, Wrexham (£750k) 2-storey communications centre for BASC. 26 week project consisting of ground floor office, staff facility and recording studio. A large open plan lobby with oak stairs, glass and stainless steel balustrade leads to the first floor meeting room, communications room and design studio. Glazed link leads to an existing listed building. Extensively serviced with air conditioning, under-floor heating and provision for IT equipment throughout. |

Centenary Way (£10.9m) This 86,000sq.ft office accommodation was built directly on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal. A structural steel frame with concrete cast insitu floors cast on a Holorib steel deck providing four floors of high quality office accommodation. The majority of the structure is enclosed by a curtain walling system with "hook on" cladding panels. |

Chester HQ Mixed Use Development (£35m) A mixed use development made up of an 85 bed 4 star plus hotel,
34 luxury apartments and 60,000sq.ft of high quality office
accommodation. There are two basement levels providing car parking
and service rooms. The unique, circular building is located in the
centre of Chester overlooking Chester Racecourse. It is clad in a
mixture of glass curtain walling and red sandstone and the roof is
a standing seam zinc system.

Emerald Park, Crewe (£5m) Two 4-storey office blocks offering 50,000sq.ft of space. The end client took on both offices and required them to be linked together with underground ducts to take all the data cabling. A bespoke fit-out was also carried out including a high spec IT room. A sub-station and switch room was constructed with a housing unit and generator as back up power in the event of a power cut. |

Emperor Court, Crewe (£2.5m) A 25,000sq.ft office development over 3-storeys. A steel frame
build with a cavity wall envelope construction with rain screen
block outer skin and thermally broken windows and curtain walling.
The open plan office area to each floor is designed so formation of
separate rooms or sections is possible in terms of power, lighting
and comfort cooling. Constructed to BREEAM Very Good.

Heald Green, Wythenshawe (£4.8m) Providing numerous small to medium sized self contained office buildings designed to a high standard together with a new residential scheme adjacent to the office park. Phase one provides 11 self contained office buildings ranging from 2,500sq.ft up to 38,200sq.ft in total. |

Helena Housing, St Helens (£2.8m) Located onthe site of the former St Helens Glass Factory the steel framed building with composite foof and wall cladding, red feature-in clad walls and curtain walling and ribbon windows consists of a 23,000 sq.ft, three storey office development with car parking facilities. The offices themselves are predominantly open plan work spaces with welfare areas and facilities. |

Keele IC1 Med1 (£3m) The first of our four Innovation Centres constructed at Keele University and following on from our Construction of New Restaurant and Exhibition facilities in the Centre of the existing Campus. The building consists of a steel frame with a mixture of composite cladding and facing brickwork and was constructed on a sloping site. The Main Reception is located at 1st floor level via a walkway from the upper car park. |

Keele IC2 (£2.5m) The building is set on the slope above IC1 and has a central core with wings forming a gentle 'v' shape along the contours of the hill and provides accommodation over 3 levels. |

Keele IC3 (£4.5m) The 3rd phase of the Innovation Centre series of buildings at Keele University Campus. Internally, the ground floor is built to facilitate smaller starter businesses, with 1st and second floors generally open plan with a proprietary ceiling system and lighting layout to facilitate effective segregation. |

Keele IC Med 4 (£5.59m) IC4 is the final phase of four bespoke office & teaching buildings at Keele University Campus. The buildings consisted of a masonry and cladding facade to a very high specification. The buildings were fully air conditioned with sophisticated mechanical and electrical services to facilitate each of the incubator units. |

Manchester Technopark (£15m) An out-of-town landscaped environment with ample parking facilities. The Park was designed with a keen focus on innovation and flexibility. The installation of a Grey Water System collects rainwater for re-use and in turn reduces water bills. Energy efficient lighting is throughout and windows designed to reduce heat transmission were installed. All timber used was from a renewable source. |

Nations House, Liverpool (£750k) This contract was City Centre based and had very restricted access for delivery and distribution around the site was difficult. The refurbishment was to a 4 -storey 22,134sq.ft office development and the Client 's request was to open up the space to create open plan office areas with a central core area consisting of service areas, toilets, staircases and lifts. |

Visage Office, Manchester (£11.5m) 4-storey office building with external services, roads, car parking spaces and underground car park. The 1st and 2nd Floors were completed to Category B (fully fitted out) and the 3rd and 4th floors Category A. The building was constructed to require minimal maintenance and vandal resistant where possible. This contract was awarded BREEAM 'Very Good'. |

WAG Office Development (£20.23m) New 9000m2 office. The building achieved a BREEAM Excellent standard and incorporates a Biomass Boiler, Grey Water recycling and a Water Feature Cooling System. The office space is through the three separate buildings with conference rooms, restaurant and cafe. Two of the conference rooms have translation booths. Conference facilities have the latest technology. |

Walker House, Office Rennovation (£17.7m) The design has restored and refurbished Walker House to create c210,000sq.ft of Grade A office space with associated high quality reception and common areas, plus approximately 20,000sq.ft retail/leisure shell space. Pochins developed the interior fit-out for the Ministry of Defence they required 70,000sq.ft of Category B finished space. The fit-out won a prestigious National British Council Award. |
