Fountainbridge, Edinburgh Napier University - £27.45m

The student accommodation is split into 4 concrete frame structures containing 777 bedrooms split into clusters of between 6-8 bedrooms, each with communal use shared kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms in the form of pods. This project is situated on the site of an existing Brewery and will utilise 3 tower cranes in construction.

Sherwood Lodge - Mansfield (£3.5m)

26 bed female psychiatric rehabilitation unit together with a secure garden and associated car parking. The works are adjacent to the existing Sherwood House, a male psychiatric rehabilitation unit which will be fully operational throught the works. The Client anticipates the provision of a first class private facility with a level of finish comparable to a luxury hotel. This project is the same as our Delfryn Lodge completed contract.

St. Hilary Brow Medical Centre - Wallasey (£1.7m)

A 2-storey and single storey traditionally constructed building with a number of different finishes including brickwork, cladding, stone work, render and glazing. Prior to construction, this site had an archeological dig which caused no problems. The building will be occupied by the Medical Practice and Pharmacy. This contract will be delivered to a BREEAM 'Very Good' Standard.

Hartford College Sports & Arts Facilities (£5.2m)

A new addition to the existing teaching accommodation on the Hartford Campus Site of Mid Cheshire College. A single storey sports hall and a three storey performing arts building. The performing arts building will include a 210 seat auditorium for plays and performances, a dance studio, photography studios, fashion and textile workshops, music rooms and a fitness suite. BREEAM Very Good

Project Merlin - Buxton (£13.7m)

250,000sqft production facility. Dry stone walls around the site boundary, stone gabions will front the office and production area to provide a traditional look that will juxtapose with the clean lines of the curtain walling and the wave form roof. Extensive use of Grasscrete will allow the durability of access whilst keeping the stie green and environmentally friendly. BREEAM Excellent

Robinson's Visitor''s Centre - Stockport (£2.7m)

Structural alteration to the existing 5-storey brew house to enable ingress and operation of new brewing vessels followed by finishes to all levels. Demolition of existing areas of brewery and construction of new visitor centre. The brewery will be in full operation throughout the works. As the brewery is in the flight path for Manchester Airport we liaised with the airport regarding the height of any craneage required and obtained the relevant permits.

Ronald McDonald House - Manchester (£6.7m)

Free home away from home accommodation for families with children who are in long term hospital care. A new build house enabling up to 240 people to stay. The concept is based around en-suite sleeping accommodation supported by communal living and dining facilities. Phase one of this new house will be made up of five floors supporting 60-ensuite family rooms. In addition: playrooms, laundry, teenager room and quiet room. BREEAM Very Good

Mere Golf & Country Club - Knutsford (£12m)

Phase 1, now complete, consists of the refurbishment and extension of an existing Grade II Listed building to a new spa facility and swimming pool. Phase 2 includes the demolition of existing conference rooms to make way for a new luxury 81-bed hotel. The hotel has traditional foundations, block and facing brick walls with a slate roof to match the surrounding buildings.

Hyde Park Square - London (£9.5m)

Part demolition, remodelling and extension to create 36 apartments to existing building. The contract will include full internal fit-out of existing 7 floors and basement, 3 elements of new extension work including: 3-storey rear extension, 8 floor add on extension to form penthouse and a small add on extension to the 5th floor link.
