Avant Hotel - Oldham (£1.2m) Construction of a new hotel reception area and leisure suite for an existing hotel. The leisure suite incorporated a pool spa area and fitness suite and was constructed within a confined location adjacent to the existing hotel. The new reception area was formed within the existing hotel building. All works were carried out with minimal disruption to the hotel operations. |

Bannatynes Health Club - Shrewsbury (£2.8m) The new leisure facility consists of swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, changing rooms and facilities, lounges and rest area at ground floor level; large open plan gymnasium at first floor level with two dance studios on second floor level. A lounge bar was also installed. This leisure club was built on the site of a golf club and Pochin provided the golf club with changing/locker rooms and a pro shop, the club remained operational throughout the build. |

Blackpool Leisure, Bipham - Blackpool (£4m) The Leisure Centre will have a sports hall, gymnasium, activity room, library and changing rooms. There will be direct access from the new building into the existing swimming pool. Externally there will be a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA pitch) and children's' play areas. |

Carden Park Hotel - Cheshire (£12m) Construction of a new 196 bedroom hotel, including fit out of
bedrooms, conferencing areas, bars, restaurants and Spa.

Chester HQ Mixed Use Development - Chester (£35m) An 85 bed 4*+ hotel, 34 luxury apartments and 60,000sqft of high quality office accommodation. There are two basement levels providing car parking and service rooms. At ground floor level there is provision for 2 restaurants. This contract involved a 26 week delay due to Archaeological digs taking place, however Pochin and its subcontracting team worked together and pulled back the time to deliver the contract one month early. |

Cofi Roc - Caernarfon (£1m) Grade II listed building remained operational throughout the contract. Pochin erected a scaffold around the building complete with a temporary roof. The existing roof was stripped off, internal walls demolished down to level 2, new foundations cast to the front of the building and pad stones cast on top of the old walls to take the new steel frame to brace the building and carry the new roof. New bar, restaurant, toilets, kitchen and dance floor were fitted. |

Cranage Hall - Cranage, Cheshire (£6m) Restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II listed building with
external works and car parking spaces. This project also consisted
of the Construction of new buildings in keeping with the
traditional Hall incorporating conference suites, 150 hotel
bedrooms and spa facilities.

Four Crosses Pub - Mennai (£600k) The pub was built in 2 phases and and remianed open; Pochin's had to remove half the roof and also demolish various internal walls along with the external toilets. A new extension was built and eventually a full new roof was erected. In keeping with the tradition of the building beamed ceilings were put in and the stone walls were exposed. A large doorway was formed 1 metre deep and 3metres in width. |

Golf Centre - DeVere, - Mottram (£800k) Refurbishment and extension of an existing club house and shop. The existing building had a golf shop and clubhouse all on the first floor with garages below. The refurbishment included opening up the whole of the first floor to be the new club house and the lower area was extended and the garages/ store areas were refurbished into changing area and shop. |

Travelodge - Manchester (£3.3m) 6-storey construction comprising ground floor to front, steel podium carrying 6, 4 and 2-storeys. Ground floor bar and restaurant with kitchen and reception area. The first construction activities include CFA piling, followed by pile cap foundations. CFA piles were chosen as this is an auger drilled pile filled with reinforced concrete to result in less noise and vibration. |

Travelodge - Middlewich (£6m) New build Travelodge constructed on a design and build basis. Tibmer frame construction along with traditional masonry facades and a tiled roof. |

JWLees Public House - Crewe (£1m) A traditionally built 2-storey masonry structure with slate roofing, consisting of ground floor front of house bars, restaurant, and lounge areas and associated back of house catering kitchen & beer/spirits store, with upstairs managers accommodation and offices. Internal finishes include exposed masonry & oak roof trusses, along with oak & slate topped bars. |

Legends, Bentley Motors Ltd - Crewe (£1.2m) Facility provides ground floor function rooms/club rooms with full catering facilities high roof indoor sports hall with changing facilities and showers/toilets etc. 1st floor gymnasium and offices. Also located on ground floor level with direct access to Tennis Courts and Sports fields are additional team changing rooms with drying and washing facilities. |

The Grapes Public House - Hyde (£611k) A refurbishment and extension of a Public House. The building when we started was quite a small pub with stables joined onto the side. The stables and pub have been totally refurbished and an extension plus beer garden have been added to the rear. The pub remained open throughout the project. |

The Wild Pheasant - Llangollen (£2m) Extension to an existing hotel which included the construction and fit out of 30 new rooms including 3 'boutique' suites. Also included was the construction and fit out of a spa area. |

Travelodge - Crewe (£1.88m) Construction of 56 bedroom Travelodge utilising timber framed
construction, and prefabricated bathroom pods on 3 levels. Shared
car park with J W Lees Public House and retail units.

Travelodge - Lymm (£1.1m) Construction of new 60 bedroom Travelodge, utilising timber
framed construction and prefabricated bathroom pods on two levels.
Shared car parking with Truckstop motorway services.

Travelodge & Office - Macclesfield (£3.5m) Refurbishment of an old mill into a 68 bed Travelodge. The listed building was stripped out to a shell and new floors installed from the ground up working from 'Birdgcage' Scaffolds. Bathroom pods were craned into place and a temporary shaft through the roof provided suitable access for the pods and every other item of building material. Adjoining the mill we constructed a new 5-storey speculative office block plus reception room and circulation area to the Travelodge. |

The Red Lion - Disley (£650k) Completely stripped back and remodelled to provide new bar and restaurant. An enlarged kitchen, dry store and glass wash area and toilets were also formed incorporating oak timber, stone floors and Cheshire brickwork chimney breasts with natural stone surrounds. Externally the building was altered to include green oak structural timber entrances, a green oak pergola and a smoking shelter. |

The Windmill - Tabley, Knutsford (£925k) The Refurbishment involved renovation of the ground floor including bar, lounge, conservatory and WC's. The first floor accommodation was completely renovated also with a re-fit to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The structure was in a very poor condition and needed to be totally renovated from the roof down. The frontage of the pub was kept in tact. |
