Anchor Road - Longton (£400k) Conversion of existing industrial unit into 3 retail units. The existing floor was structurally unsound and was replaced with a power floated concrete floor. Retail units separated by concrete block and cavity insultation. 2-sotrey office unit was stripped back and replastered and floor re-screeded to create a new floor level. New external drainage installed. |

Foregate Street - Chester (£914k) Full M & E strip out to ground, 1st and 2nd floors, asbestos removal, 4 new lift shafts, new escalator pit and opening to 1st floor. Built new 1st floor extension to the rear of the building - steel frame, brick outer and block inner, insulated felt roof. Re-roofed the existing top roof, new edge protection. New customer entrance to 1st Floor, new escape stairs to the rear. |

Grand Junction Retail Park - Crewe (£1.1m) Extension to the existing retail park. Steel frame construction with an envelope of facing brick, composite cladding and aluminium framed glazed shop fronts. 4 hour fire protection to external walls. The building is split into 3 separate retail units by jumbo stud walls. Externally, additional car parking is provided for 60 cars with block paved walkways. |

Ruthin Craft Centre - Denbigshire (£3.3m) Demolition and rebuild of a craft centre. Consisting of 6No self
contained studio workshops, multiple adaptable gallery spaces,
retail, residency, education and tourist information areas.
Designed and constructed so the gallery spaces have as much
flexibility in abeyance as possible with neutral walls and a lutron
lighting system. Externally tilt up concrete walls and zinc clad
roof were used to emulate the Clwydian mountain rage beyond.

West Street - Crewe (£469k) The construction of two retail units of 4000 and 1000 sq.ft, shell only, steel framed single storey units with cladding, brickwork, curtain walling elevations, external works, drainage and BWIC for incoming services. |

Wrexham Bus Station - Wrexham (£4m) Phase 1 construction of the bus station for 50% of the bus stands and the administration and retail areas; Phase 2 construction of remaining 50% of the bus station and stands. The structure is a complex geometrical wave steel form with composite cladding and glazed roof. Walls to the station foyer are granite clad both internally and externally to a height of 900mm with glazing to eaves level. |
