Banks Road Apartments - Speke, Liverpool (£5.1m) 68 new build one and two bedroom apartments with balconies in Speke, Merseyside. Built in close proximity to Mersey Retail Park and on the former site of Speke Fire station. |

Broadway/Prospect Apartments - Salford (£16.2m) 120 apartments finished to the clients specification including fully tiled bathrooms and fitted kitchens with laminate flooring. Fully secure under croft parking, the buildings are entered via a controlled access system for vehicles and pedestrians. The buildings varied in styles which allowed us to install different types of cladding systems and integrate them together to create a distinct facade. |

Chester HQ Mixed Use Development (£35m) 34 luxury apartments, an 85 bed 4*+ hotel and 60,000sq.ft of high quality office accommodation. Two basement levels provide car parking and service rooms. At ground floor level there is provision for 2 restaurants. This contract involved a 26 week delay due to Archaeological digs taking place, however Pochin and its subcontracting team worked together, coordinated trades and sections and pulled back the time and delivered the contract one month early. |

Half Tide Apartments - Liverpool (£13ml) Located on the edge of the Princes Half Tide Dock a 9-storey build with 121 apartments split into 3 blocks with 64 car parking spaces with 32 spaces on a car stacker system in the basement. Built within the Heritage Area this was under scrutiny by Liverpool's Conservation Officer who approved all external materials. |

Holyhead Marina - Anglesey (£5.25m) New build construction of four 4 storey luxury apartment blocks, including eighteen 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and eight penthouses at Holyhead Marina. The ground floor contains retail units and wash rooms for the Marina. Due to the location of the contract, the elements caused a number of problems and each side of the building was specifically designed to cope with the changing weather and still enjoy the views. |

The Reach - Liverpool (£25m) 273 apartments, 258 one and two bed standard apartments and 15
Penthouse apartments constructed with four multi storey steel
framed buildings. Two blocks of 6-storey, 1 x 7-storey and 1 x
8-storey blocks plus two traditional built 4-storey Dual Aspect
blocks. The buildings created a semi-enclosed courtyard providing a
car parking area and landscaped gardens.
