Blackpool PCT, Bipham - Blackpool (£6m)

Located within Moor Park, Bipham. The PCT will be occupied by two doctor's surgeries as well as ancillary medical services and a pharmacy. Around the perimeter of the building there will be over 190 vehicle parking spaces. The centre will include facilities for health visiting, school nursing, speech and language therapy, district nursing and a visual screening clinic.

Delfryn Lodge (£2.9m)

The project conmprised the construction of a 24 bed female psychiatric rehabilitation unit, together with a secure garden and associated car parking and footpaths. Being a phychiatric unit we ensured everthing we did was anti ligature. An enclosed garden with a water feature, smoking shelter and picnic tables were created and meandering paths around to give a calm and tranquil feel.

Firdale Medical Centre - Northwich (£2.2m)

2-storey brick build with cladding, aluminium windows and doors. The building comprises various facilities including: consultation rooms, treatment rooms, admin/ record & pharmacy along with car parking and externallandscape works. Adjacent to the site is a Day Centre for people with Learning Difficulties - Pochin worked collaboratively with the centre to avoid delivery of materials during peak hours.

New build 2-storey integrated resource centre for PCT and two doctors practices. The building is of steel frame with metal deck flooring, internal linings and partitions, aluminium windows and glazing with a curtain walling, external facade includes a combination of sandstone and composite zone panelling. Externally the works are hard paved creating a communal area between the resource centre and adjacent sports centre. BREEAM Excellent

Glan Clywd Hospital - Wales (£1.85m)

Single storey building with roof void plant room, ground floor renal treatment ward single treatment rooms; Training rooms and admin areas. The building was steel framed and clad in Kingspan panels, internal walls dry lined construction. Full M & E services including nurse call system Renal plant room and kit.

Nantwich Health Park - Nantwich (£5m)

This 3-storey new build health centre comprises various facilities for three different practices and the PCT. CCTV was installed throughout the exterior and some through the interior. Rainwater harvesting was installed and photovoltaic installations which generate around 10kw of electricity. Full M&E installation comprised patient calls & alarms, air conditioning and some mechanical ventilation although primarily naturally ventilated.

Primary Care Centre - Sandbach (£3.5m)

Primary Health Care Centre along with car parking and external landscape works. Involvement was with a number of users therefore essential coordination meetings were held with the Doctors regarding the general build and the Physiotherapy Pool and to consultation to agree on the security of the building.

Winsford Health Centre - Winsford (£4m)

This new build health centre comprises various facilities for three different practices and the PCT. The provision for a visiting MRI Scanning Unit was required after work was completed therefore civils works were required along with electrical supplies and sub-station. Drainage connection and services connected in the road outside the site had to be maintained at all times; this work was coordinated with other business to reduce the impact.
