POCHIN SPECIAL PROJECTS WINS FIRST CONTRACT AT RYLEYS SCHOOL
The Special Projects division of Middlewich-based Pochin Construction has been awarded its first contract by The Ryleys School in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
In a project worth £73k, the contractor has been appointed to construct the new female bathroom facilities after the school announced it was to become co-educational earlier this year. The scheme will be built over the summer, ready for the start of the Autumn/Winter term in 2009.
"We created Pochin Special Projects specifically to carry
out work on smaller opportunities and we are delighted that the
division's first contract is at The Ryleys School,"
explained Antony Pochin, business strategy director of Pochin
Construction. "We have a long working relationship with The
School and have, over the years, built much of the campus. This
latest project is another example of repeat business with a client
who is confident in Pochin Construction's ability to
deliver."
