POCHIN SPECIAL PROJECTS WINS REPEAT BUSINESS WITH REDEVCO
The Special Projects division of Middlewich-based Pochin Construction has been awarded a contract worth £91,142 on behalf of real estate investment and development company, Redevco Properties.
Pochin has been appointed to carry out remedial works at 16 - 28 Corporation Street, Birmingham. The project will involve the waterproofing and refurbishment of an existing basement, which runs across three retail units on the busy high street. The contract will also involve some minor streetworks.
