QA PolicyThe Company carries out building and civil engineering construction and development in the public and private sectors.

To maintain and enhance Pochin's reputation, the Company is committed to understanding, meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of all our customers, to ensure that our customers return and recommend us to others.

Objectives

In order to achieve this, the Company shall:

  • Monitor levels of customer satisfaction based on the needs and expectations of our customers, throughout the construction cycle.
  • Create a commitment amongst our employees to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
  • Handover quality projects - on time and within budget, defect free, complete with the provision of all required documentation.
  • Increase total turnover year on year with targets set for amount of turnover carried out on a partnering and negotiated basis.
  • Maintain a fully trained and motivated workforce.
  • Develop and monitor our supply chain to improve performance and
    maintain standards.
  • Maintain the management system to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and continual improvement of the management system by regular review of targets and objectives. Ensure that the system is appropriate and aligned to Company strategy during the regular reviews.
  • Measure and improve Company performance through the development of internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and benchmarking performance against Industry KPI's.
  • Minimise the cost of waste throughout the construction process
